As President of Retirement Strategies Group, Inc., Richard is responsible for leading the company’s Retirement Made Simple mission to help each and every client work toward lifestyle and income security during their retirement years as well as helping companies design, develop and implement state-of-the-art retirement and executive benefits programs. Richard brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with an extensive background in sales management, supervision, accounting, financial planning and financial operations.
Richard graduated from St. John’s University in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Retirement Strategies Group, Richard served as the CFO for Western Capital Financial, a national organization which delivered retirement programs on an endorsed basis to members of professional and trade associations and was successfully acquired in 2002. In 2004, Richard started Retirement Strategies Group to develop and deliver Retirement Made Simple to individuals and great companies and the company has grown rapidly since its formation.
Richard is well versed in all aspects of developing retirement plans for both individuals and companies using the many concepts, strategies and risk management that RSG believes are essential to plan design. Richard holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 27, 63, 66 licenses and is registered to conduct and supervise securities in all 50 states. CA Insurance License #0D45542.
Richard and his wife Amy have three daughters and reside in San Diego, CA. Richard and his family are very active in Corpus Christi Church and Richard spends a lot of time volunteering at San Diego’s Finest All Stars, an organization dedicated to teaching teamwork and leadership to children through sports.

M. Felicia Corbett, with over 18 years experience in the financial services industry, affiliated with Retirement Strategies Group in May 2014. Felicia thoroughly enjoys analyzing and understanding the big picture to be sure all aspects of a clients’ financial life are coordinated effectively – estate and income tax reduction, retirement income analysis, asset preservation, investment allocation, wealth transfer and risk management. She specializes in designing prudent strategies designed to help manage clients’ income tax liability, preserve their retirement income, cultivate and protect their assets, and structure their estates to successfully retain wealth within the family through multiple generations
She has been both a speaker and certified Continuing Education teacher in the areas of Retirement Income and Legacy Planning for Financial Advisors in Orange County, San Diego and at many Broker Dealer conferences across the United States. Felicia taught high school for three years before moving to the financial services industry 18 years ago. She has become very knowledgeable and committed to assisting private clients who are retired or nearing retirement on the specific issues facing them. Additionally, she feels reward in helping widows and newly divorced individuals through their times of change and a new way of life in handling finances, possibly for the first time.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science, which included Political Science, Economics and History, from California State University, San Bernardino, and her California Secondary Teaching Credential from the University of Redlands. Felicia was born and raised in Southern California, but has traveled extensively. She is passionate about politics, the environment, and volunteering/fundraising for Childhelp and The American Cancer Society. She loves cooking, gardening, hiking, yoga, and the beach. The most important thing in Felicia’s life is her 10 year old daughter, Jacqueline, and her dog Maggie.

A former college professor in San Diego, Mazur stays on top of new financial solutions and trends, continuing to offer guidance to new generations of financial advisors. As President of Drabek Financial, Tom brings 28 years of experience for the benefit of his individual and corporate clients. With an expertise in the design, development and implementation of both individual and business financial plans, often with an integration of the two to maximize tax deductions, tax-deferred accumulation and asset protection, Tom takes great pride and enjoyment in his clients achievement of their lifetime goals. Residing in Encinitas, California, Tom is an avid sports fan, particularly college football and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Tom enjoys a healthy living California lifestyle and can often be found playing basketball and working out.

As a Managing Director of Retirement Strategies Group, Inc., Rosalind brings 25 years of experience as a financial advisor to her clients and believes passionately in the Retirement Made Simple mission. Roz (as she likes to be called) helps each and every client in knowing themselves, knowing their desired outcomes with money and then creating a plan to work toward the goal of lifestyle and income security during their retirement years.
Roz is well versed in all aspects of developing retirement plans for individuals and the proper funding of retirement plans using many programs that offer the right blend of potential for return, risk management, tax advantages and income. Roz also specializes in Multi-Generational planning and distribution modules for a number of high net worth clients. Roz (a Registered Representative of Woodbury Financial Services, Inc.) holds FINRA Series 6, 22, 26 and 63 licenses (CA Insurance License # 0A09495); and attended the University of Phoenix, San Diego campus.
Roz is a member of the League of Women Voters of North Carolina, a nonpartisan political organization, which encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. Roz is also a Charter Member and ongoing donor of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History & Culture. Very interested in breast cancer awareness, Roz is a supporter and ongoing contributor to The Susan G. Komen Foundation – the largest nonprofit organization funding breast cancer research and programs. Roz was amongst the first supporters of the new “Celebrating the Children” fundraising program initiated by the Nash Health Care Foundation to benefit the new and separate Pediatric Emergency Department (Peds ED) at Nash General Hospital.
Roz, a mother of two daughters (Miya and A’kala) and grandmother of two (Brianna and Deunte), happily spends most of her free time with her family and her church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. She also loves to travel and has become quite the avid gardener.

Certified Financial Planner and Vice President of Guide My Finances, Jenny advises clients in areas of financial planning including personal financial planning, employer provided benefits, asset management, inheritance and gift planning, and risk management. Additionally, as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, she works with individuals, family law attorneys, and mediators on financial matters related to divorce. This includes structuring financial settlements, analyzing and recommending division of property, and counseling the client regarding financial issues post-divorce.
A graduate of California Western School of Law and former estate planning attorney, Jenny views much of her financial planning from a legal paradigm; shaping her guidance on many of the financial issues routinely faced by clients. Jenny continues to be highly involved with the legal community in San Diego by providing MCLE for attorney organizations and consulting with Pacific Coast Mediation specifically on issues of divorce and asset division. She is also a founding member and Chief Financial Officer of The Source Professional Group, an association of fellow California Western Law School graduates hoping to build a diverse community of business associates through education and community events.
Local involvement is an important component of Jenny’s life she is heavily involved with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society of San Diego, where she utilizes her professional training to provide financial casework services for both active duty and retired military. Through that organization she also provides educational training and seminars designed to help service members understand and implement successful financial strategies specific to their situation. On the off-chance she has some free time, Jenny can be found enjoying Coronado’s sunshine and scenery.
